Everest Scaffolding Services Ltd collaborated closely with National Grid and their appointed contractors to design and deliver a fully compliant scaffolding solution that met all electrical safety requirements and operational needs. Our specialist team implemented a bespoke independent scaffold system with comprehensive edge protection at all elevated work areas, ensuring full compliance with Working at Height Regulations 2005 and electrical safety standards. All scaffolding was designed with appropriate clearances from live electrical equipment. Advanced planning and phased installation enabled work to proceed safely whilst maintaining substation operations. Our team completed all required electrical awareness and safety training specific to high-voltage environments. We provided continuous safety supervision and implemented robust permit-to-work procedures in coordination with National Grid operational staff to ensure zero electrical safety incidents.
