Corner cantilever design over 5 metres to maintain a safe working platform while allowing HGVs to turn the adjacent corner Pedestrianised area requiring additional safety measures during scaffold erection Ensuring safe access for multiple trades while works were carried out on the façade, roof, and windows

Cantilevered corner solution to provide the required working platform while maintaining traffic flow Polythene protection base installed to prevent debris falling through the scaffold boards onto pedestrians below Monoflex sheeting wrapped around the scaffold to prevent debris falling during works Careful sequencing of scaffold erection and dismantling to minimise disruption Coordination with Belford Refurbishments Ltd and local council to ensure compliance with permits and safety regulations
